This is a scheme for my PR4 lobby idea.
As you can see, it's a lot like PR2, except you can choose all the tabs on both sections. My idea is to make the tab navigation easier and more convenient. It gives you an option to choose between small chat and big chat, while still being able to customize your character, or other things.
The left part is the orange section, which is smaller. On the top, the selected tab has orange surroundings instead of the normal grey.
The right part is the blue section, which is bigger. On the top, the selected tab has blue surroundings, instead of the normal grey.
The colors are replaced with icons. For instance, instead of the pink square, put a nice little mail on it.
On the multiplayer tab, the level system will be pretty much the same as PR3. You can host levels, and people will join.
It's much faster this way, and it's far superior to PR2 where you need to ask people to join, and you'll be lucky if you can even get three other players to join. In the PR3 system, all you need is host a level, and you'll get eight players joining you within seconds.
I had an idea that little black thing in the top right corner could be the "settings" button. If you click it, you can choose between Options, Level Editor, Block Editor, Log Out, and other things that could be necessary. Of course, it will not be looking like that in the real lobby, and hopefully replaced by a good looking icon.
Please be reminded that this is just an example of my idea. The size is messed up, it's not very colorful, and there are no icons. I certainly hope you don't expect that I want to have this as the real lobby.
So, what do you think? Do you like my idea?
