There's a different between a thought out opinion and next-to-pointless comments. That's the point. Don't want people grilling you for 'expressing your opinion'? Then don't make ill-thought out statements in the first place. Understood?

Ill-thought out statement? It was thought out, and I'm not going to write an essay on why I think PR3 is kinda lame, then proofread it, and publish it.
