To earn a jumpstart hat there must be an annotation showing that the winner of the race will win the hat. Did that show up to you?

he is one of the newest of pr2 and you wheere a member when it still was free
It comes up randomly, like santa or party.
Current best time on Rubik's 3x3 Cube: 28.55 seconds
You don't get the hat by winning a race in a Happy Hour, it needs to show up as a price.
Anyway, keep trying and you might have enough luck to obtain it.
I tried like 3 Happy Hours myself, and finally managed to win it in the end of the 3rd one with 2 other people in a random race.
The Jumpstart in Happyhour is ramndoly. u need to play sometimes on levels to you can win the jump start.
How can you know when the JumpStart is appear on a level? if you play a level you can see that in the right of the level have a message saying: The Winner of this Race Will Earn: A Jumpstart Hat!
Be Patient that no is too easy to get it.

ON TOPIC: It comes randomly, It can be won anywhere 2-3 on Campaign, 2-4 on ATB, TB and newest
