The Official Futurama Thread
Futurama is an American show that was first aired in 1999. It is set in the Future New York City, or New New York City. In the first episode, the main character, Fry, was celebrating the New Year of 1999/2000. When he leaned back, he fell into a cyrogenic tube, and it froze him until the year 2999, where in that time they were celebrating New Years' Eve. Blah blah, search up the rest. I can't explain it well.

Its all right i guess not my favorite though
i have seen every episode on netflix as of a few weeks ago and it is one of the best shows on comedy central that isn't as innapropriate as south park or even family guy EDIT: family guy isnt on comedy central, i know

i'd rate the first few family guys (on netflix) better then the few last futuramas (on netflix) but otherwise, south park wins.

The ones from the reboot after the movies are too politically minded to be as funny as the older ones. That being said, the movies and all the episodes behind them are bootiful. I love Futurama.
