It's very possible. Maybe not probable, but possible. Jiggmin has had 2 in a campaign, zerostar has had 3, and mf has had 2.

It was considered good because probably a player will fail at the first time they play it. Art doesn't matter, it's all about hardness

Since you seem to have had trouble reading what I wrote I'll put it in simpler terms, so you can understand what I was saying.
The level was not the best choice. Panos' and Super3's were both better. I think Panos is already more famous than he deserves. (Sorry Panos but that's really what I think.) I never knew Super3 existed until Luna Campaign. What I said was that his level submission was better than Dealth's, but he botched it up by making a hat remover.
If this isn't simple enough for you I'm sorry.

Since your opinions consist on you thinking panos' and super3's were better, I'm pretty sure you wanted either one of those as week 7's level.
