Depends whether small cat or large predatory cat like a panther

I reckon I could probably kill a small cat by kicking its head, but a large cat would take lots of kicks and it might hurt me a lot in the mean time.

I would be most afraid of their claws. They could scratch you at very bad places. Your wrist, neck, sexual organs, etc.

If a cat attacked me, I could kill the cat in about 30 seconds. Snap the neck, or kick it to death.

A cat can't hurt you.

A larger cat could, such as a mountain lion. Even a mountain lion can be killed by humans if they know what they are doing.
