Yes, that means if this happens, there will be more Banjo Kazooie, possibly another DK64, and hopefully, a sequel to Conker's Bad Fur Day.

Also stated in the video, Retro Games (i think that was the company) was going to show a preview of a new game "everyone has been wanting to do" (which we can guess is Banjo Kazooie, because of the amount of people who love it) at E3 (i think it was E3...) but pulled out.
