How to play:

Rules:
It is played normally. (If you don't know how to play, then google it)
It goes x o x o x o (which means every 2 people should say x and the people in between them should say o)

The difference here is that with this thread it will be a tournament played in VMs. Sign up here and a tournament bracket will be made with all the members playing. They will play the matches in VMs and the result of the match has to be posted here so I can update the bracket. This will go on until the final where the ultimate player of Tic Tac Toe of JV will be announced.
