As a matter of fact, Jiggmin did give up, yes. If he hadn't, something would have been done about it at this point. Nowadays he just couldn't care less. Biggest proof of it is that he's already skipping ahead to PR4 and leaving PR3 in this situation.
Why do you feel the need to tell Jiggmin to update whe the problem is sparkworkz? He has sent updates yet they would not use them. It would be pointless for jiggmin to send in more updates if they would not use them. Before you say he should have tried to tell them, he probbably has. many times.
