I think what Jiggmin should do for other users to obtain the moon hat is to make the "Toughest" level the one you get the moon hat at, and the "Tougher" level the one you get propeller hat on.

Don't you need the moon hat to get lux? Doesn't luna revolve around lux? Why would you wait for the very end of the campaign just to get currency the game revolves around? ._.

And Hipponator's idea is even worse and already thought of [above post] :l I think we should all be awarded moon hat (atleast to anyone who plays luna, so that way they can actually EARN lux...)

I personally have a feeling that there will also be a way to earn Lux in Luna, not just from PR2. Because of that, I don't think it matters how hard it is to get the moon hat or how long you have to wait to get it in PR2.
