My biggest issue with this is just this little tidbit:

"If nobody gets nominated by other members through PMs, the staff will pick one randomly via a random number generator."

If MotW is to be meaningful in any way then there shouldn't be an element of chance.

Though I guess as it goes on and everyone starts getting on the list it won't be as meaningful anyway.

It's just a minor gripe.
