LOOOOOOOL, this thread is very convenient.

I just downloaded the emulator and the ROM two days ago.
I just went INTO Mt.Moon with Wartortle and Pidgeotto. Both level 18.

I tried looking catching a Zubat and training it up but leech life is bullshit on most on the starting Pokemon and I'm assuming it wouldn't even do anything on the higher levels. The bad thing is that's about the only lethal move he has, so I just put him in the box along with my Kakuna and Caterpie.


(PS. I already completed white and decided to go back and play an old Pokemon game)

Swanna and Vanilluxe aren't that great, also try using Cryogonal for dual screens and Lilligant as a sweeper.

What I would do for Lilligant:

Sleep Powder, Hidden Power (Fire), Giga Drain, Quiver Dance.

Sleep Powder to prevent them from doing anything, quiver dance to have an unstoppable special attack, special defense and speed, Giga Drain to recover HP and for a STAB, and Hidden Power for coverage.

Perfect sweeper right there, and you just have to evolve it at level 26 or 27.
