New Super Mario Bros was a remake of the original Super Mario Brothers, hence you're saying Mario was bad from the start.
Hardly, Black Ops is the COD4 of modern CODs, if you don't like the MW games, like me, play Black Ops.

Not to mention, the games after DP include - Pokemon Battle Revolution, Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of Time and Darkness, Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia, Pokemon Platinum, Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of the Sky, SoulSilver and HeartGold, Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs, Pokemon Black and White, Pokepark 2: Wonders Beyond and Black & White 2 is upcoming.
The only Pokemon game from after D/P I hate, is Pokemon Conquest, and I think it's pretty obvious why.
There is nothing wrong with the new Pokemon games, and I speak as someone who played Red and Blue on a Gameboy that didn't even have colour, believe me, Pokemon hasn't lost it's charm.

It's not like Platform Racing has been the best series ever until PR3 came along. In fact, PR1 was crap as well. PR2 is the only game that's ever been successful. So much for a series.
