By the way Jiggmin programmed PR1, it would be impossible. You cant even make an official account anyway (since the account data is stored in your cache, not on a server). And multiple people can have the same name, it just wouldn't work.

He would have to spend days reprogramming PR1 to include saved accounts and whatnot all for some people getting a little experience on a game no one plays? Not worth it IMO.

His time is better spent elsewhere.

I have no idea what Luna will require as far as moderation goes, so nope!
Although we will be dealing with custom art in-game, so there's always going to be people abusing that privilege.
