I watched the Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies... but they're probably not as good as the books...

Also, I wanted to try Alex Rider a while back, but the Library doesn't ever have the first book (The scorpion thing or whatever)

You are SEVERELY misinformed about Alex Rider.

The books go like this; Stormbreaker, Point Blanc, Skeleton Key, Eagle Strike, Scorpia, Ark Angel, Snakehead, Crocodile Tears, Scorpia Rising.

I believe I read most of them a long time ago, and I own the whole series, but I can't remember the plot for some of them.

Stormbreaker is the virus one.
Point Blanc is the global takeover one.
Skeleton Key is the nuclear plot one.
Eagle Strike is the missile launch one.
Scorpia is the Scorpia one.
Ark Angel is the space station one.
Snakehead is.. I forget..
And I forget the rest too.

But yeah, I managed to spoil 6 books, so yay.

Ugh.
Anyways, the Wimpy Kid books have always appealed to me, quick light read. I've also enjoyed the Series of Unfortunate Events books.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid was good a few years ago, Hunger Gamer are pretty good, and I also kinda like the Harry Potter books, but they are very easy to get bored on.

You should read Frankenstein's Monster. It one of the few classics that both humans and Cactikis share.

Night by Elie Wiesel. Every time somebody asks me what books I've enjoyed, I have to say this book.
Seriously. Read it.

Other than these and other John Green books, I'd have to say Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin.

First book is Operation Stormbreaker.
Along with Alex Rider, I've read, Hunger Games, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, SAT books, Leviathan, along with sports mags
