Never ending cheat to get Mew

This is a game I stole from the Pokecommunity forum. The object of this game is to create the longest, most ludicrous cheat to get Mew. I'll start with a few steps:

First, you must capture a Smeargle and make it learn Explosion.
Then, you must break into the Taj Mahal and have Smeargle explode the entire east wing.
Once you destroy it, you must then fly to the nearest Dunkin' Donuts and purchase 302 Jelly doughnuts.
Once you consume exactly 247 doughnuts, you must then Hi-jack a purple Volkswagen Beetle and drive into the ocean.
After you drive into the ocean, have Pikachu use Surf and surf to Antarctica.

First, you must go to someone who has mew, double tab A before the battle begins and you will be lead to a scene where you continuously punch the foe.

To get mew you must get 5 pokemon up to level 100 and catch 150 pokemon. Afterwards you will get a diploma if you go back to Oak. Talk to Professor Oak 150 times after you have the diploma, make sure it's exactly 150 times, no more, no less. Then reset the game and start a new game, save over the file where you did the above stuff and go collect the pokemon from Oak, you will still have all your pokemon and when you get the pokemon from Oak it will be Mew at level 5.

If it doesn't work and your save file is gone then you talked to Oak too much or not enough.

While in Antarctica, you meet a hermit who happens to know how to get a Mew.
He tells you to capture a Snorlax for him first, but you must capture it in a very unique manner.
First, you have to wear an American flag banana hammock.
Then using your Pikachu, you must use Surf all the way to North Korea.
Then you must sing "America **** Yeah!" in order to lure the Snorlax.
You must come to realization that the hermit mistook Kim Jong Un as a Snorlax.
Use your Abra to teleport out of North Korea before your banana hammock turns into just a hammock.

first you need a mew that's level 90+

then there'll be a mew at the top of the pokemon tower

First, you must use the Master Ball Oak gave you to capture a Magikarp with a level lower then 10.
Then, you must level up that Magikarp to level 100 without using items, including TMs, HMs, hold items and recovery items (potions and such) and even pokeballs or sharing exp (it won't work if you did). Don't forget the move Splash.
Then go fight a wild pokemon battle at the Dragon's Den. Use only the Splash move, 40 times and after that run away.
Fly to Blackthorn City, go to the Move Deleter and delete every move but Splash and once your Magikarp is fully healed, press Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A. Then a Gengar lv 100 should appear. Make sure you're using your Magikarp from the start of the fight. From this one battle and in the future you can use on your Magikarp; Since the Splash and Struggle doesn't work on Gengar, survive by healing your Magikarp consistently using potions until Gengar ran out of PP and uses the Leppa berry he's holding, then ran out of PP again and begin to use Struggle until he faints. Also, before the fight you must have exactly 666 of any items (you can just buy cheap items) so that the Gengar would appear. After defeating Gengar, Mew will appear.
