Anyways, I was mining when Mutual started complaining about how skins weren't loading, and that he was quitting forever because of it. When forever ended and Mutual came back, I implied that he had approximately the intelligence of a goldfish. This angered him quite a bit, and before I knew it he was saying something along the lines of how I was lucky not to be banned (I'm a little foggy on the details there, so you should probably check the logs to see what exactly he said). Anyways, after some meaningless gibber-gabber, Mutual randomly decides to bring up an offense I had committed over a day ago. This is what happened during said offense:
I was exploring near spawn, and I was down to 1-2 bars of hunger left with no food. I walked past a house and didn't see anybody home, but with a melon farm outside. Knowing that melons grow quickly, I broke one of them in order to keep myself from dying so I could salvage my precious experience points. When I turned around, I saw GamerProist standing there with what I assume would have been a stern expression if Minecraft was able to show such emotions, along with his comments expressing said emotions (again, the logs are more reliable than my memory). Afterwards, I apologized and, knowing myself, probably threw in a meaningful D: as well. He accepted my apology and was no longer upset about what I had done. Later, I stumbled upon his house once again, and out of pure boredom I wanted to see what the inside of his house was like. If my memory was reliable, I could confidently tell you that I broke a 2 blocks to get inside then replaced them (his door was locked by a magical spell), and that I looked around for a bit. When I went to leave, I again broke 2 blocks that I replaced. Later (I get bored a LOT) I found his house again and I saw another player near his house whose name escapes me. Wanting to see his reaction, I broke into the house again and broke a block or two in the layer of wooden planks separating the 1st and 2nd floors of his house, then I left and waited outside. To my disappointment, he did not notice the hole (not sure if he was even at his house during that time) so I went in and made a larger hole, then extended it in order to make it more symmetrical. I left and waited outside for a long time, but he did not return home. I grew bored and saw somebody say something that sparked my interest, so I teleported to them. While I was exploring the ravine they were in, I saw GamerProist "yell" that he had been griefed. I promptly went back to the house in order to explain to him what had happened. I also gave him wood that far exceeded the amount of missing blocks (they were the same type of wood he had used), along with several apologies. Suddenly the troll inside of me awoke, clawing at my innards in a desperate attempt to cause trouble. I succumbed to its wishes by breaking a block or two, knowing he would easily be able to repair it. He got angry again and told me to leave, so I did. The troll, not having been satisfied, took control of my mind and made me use the almighty /back in order to return to his house. I broke a block then hid in the corner, when he saw me, he yelled at me and attacked me. I'll admit that I was wrong to do what I did, but I did not do so with destructive purposes, and I also believe that it should have been dealt with sooner had it been worthy of punishment. Due to the fact that it was a playful gesture, I think it should have been a strict warning, with maybe a kick as well. Also, I do not know the punishments for specific offenses, but I did not receive any warnings or kicks prior to the ban (Excluding when Mutual brought it up recently, after which I committed no additional offenses).
Once again, I implore you to look at the logs in order to clarify exactly what happened, as I occasionally tend to forget things. If you look at the logs and block histories at GamerProist's house and believe I should remain banned, I understand wholeheartedly. I simply wish for you to use your judgement to determine the appropriate actions regarding my state of allowance in the sever.
Peace out, homie g skillet.
