For the players that are unaware on how to get some, If not all of the platform Racing 2 hats.

Kong Hat: Play platform racing on Kongregate.com Ability: Increases EXP Gain by 25% Percent

EXP Hat: Won Randomly in Races Ability: Increase EXP by 100%

Santa Hat: Won Randomly in Races Ability: Temporarily freezes the block below you

Propeller Hat: Won through the level "Hat Factory" by Jiggmin or "Volcanic Inferno" By Pounce Ability: You can Hover for a short period of time

Party Hat: Won Randomly through Races Ability: Immunity to lightning

Top Hat: Won through the map "The Golden Compass" by -ShadowFax- Ability: You can shoot up vanish blocks and walk right through them

Jumpstart Hat: Won during Happy hour Ability: A 3 Second headstart and Increased chances of speedburst in the ? Box

Crown Hat: Won through 5000 points on F@H Ability: Invincible

Cowboy Hat: Won through 100,000 Points on F@H Ability: You can fly

Moon Hat: Won by submitting a level to Jiggmins luna Campaign, but there will more then likely be another way to get it in the near future Ability: Will earn you Lux in jiggmins new game "Luna"

It can also be won in volcanic inferno by pounce (9th level in the other campaign)

It doesn't really allow you to "hover" more like "Fall Slowly"

Not really Invincible. You can get hit by Lightning.

Oh yeah one thing.. the jumpstart hat when you lose it then get it back then it gives you random speedboosts for the rest of the game
