Try uninstalling flash permanently, then going outside.

I just go play a level on PR2 and it works fine for me.

I'm serious. There was some dude claiming Mario Bros has virus, I played it, and the whole game froze. After that the game freezes everytime I play anything. I've tried to reboot and delete cache but neither worked.
Close any running apps, did the same to me in jigg's stream ;-; if not, restart your browser.
Restart your browser or just clean your cache, that would help.
Uhm, when you say freezes, you mean straight after it goes to the "3 2 1 GO" countdown right?

The last update on Mario Bros was almost three years ago (three years minus two weeks, to be accurate).
If you're referring to Mario Bros Speed, the last update was May last year.
And I just checked the levels, there's obviously no viruses there, it's just text data!
Don't believe what randoms say, they just looooooooove to pretend they're badass hackers and to drag attention.
Anyway, you should tell Jiggmin about the problem, he might be able to fix it.

Close all running apps through hold > ctrl , alt and delete > task manger > click on the ones you don't need... And hit close
Before you do that restart you computer so it will be faster also try not to have so many tabs open
