Yeah yeah, this old news, but whatever.
If you don't already know, there is a website, http://www.youtube-mp3.org/. This is a website where you can put in a youtube link, and it will let you covert the video link into an mp3 for free, which you can then transfer on you ipod or whatever. People do this because this way you can get free music, without paying through iTunes.
Philip Matesanz is the one who created this website. He recently got a letter from Google claiming that his site violates YouTube's terms of service. Phillip is getting experts to look into this. While the site is still up, it no longer works properly. There was also a petition set up to defend his site, which can be found here.

Now this all comes down to whether you are against or for pirating sites like these. Keep in mind there are many other sites that do the same. How do you feel about Google suing for this?
