Default EA may lose exclusive NCAA license

Might be a bit dated, but I found this interesting.

According to this article, EA may lose their exclusive rights to NCAA if a lawsuit going against them is approved. If so, then this gives many developers a chance at making a college football game.
If EA loses (or whatever) this lawsuit, who do you think will make the upcoming NCAA games?

But than again, what competition does EA have in the NCAA space? Even before that exclusivity, no one else was making NCAA games, its not a money maker and the NCAA is way too strict on rules.
