From top down:
(beginning with raiting)
The rating (see below image) is where windows rates your hardware installed such as graphics, memory (RAM) and CPU performance
Processor: (yours) it is almost the same as my other desktop, which is rather good, i'm sure it would give out good performance (try closing apps if it is slowish)
RAM: The more the better, but it's not always usable by your system, check before buying
System type: 64bit (make sure to get compatible parts) some parts may not be compatible, some may require a 32bit system but do check with others on this, i'm not 100% sure about 32/64bit compatibility issues

From memory 7.9 is the highest, and 1.0 the lowest you can get, if you click the "Windows Experience Index" button beside the rating you will see numbers appear, this is where if you think, you could look at hardware updates (maybe software updates for some drivers)
