Off-topic forum?

So I was just reading nick's post about a new forum category:

I stated this before, and I think its worth stating again. This would make a lot more sense if he just had a "off-topic" forum where you could pretty much post whatever you want as long as it isn't spamming threads themselves or porn. That way it wouldn't pollute the other forums but people could say what they want. Sort of like /b/ but without all the porn.

It got me to thinking, should we ask Jiggmin to add one? I was thinking that it could be a subforum in either Village Games or Discussion Hall. I'm not quite sure how it would turn out, we'd probably get a lot more spam than is needed.
Most threads fit into DH, or they're just better off as blogs.

Anyway, I figured it wouldn't hurt to discuss this, at the very least.

Well we already have threads in Village games such as, "Last post wins" and "Get this thread to a million pages." Since there is really nothing to converse about in these games, people can just spam there.

Well, if post count didn't matte there, some of the stuff that might be considered spam in another forum would be tolerated there, because there's nothing really to filter it with.

Village Games is for 'games' hence the name.

Most people (and I am one) just spam loads of stuff in Village Games that isn't needed.

So an off-topic forum would be perfect.
