Some of it is disgusting (like American cheese and sometimes of Cheddar too) but the rest is awesome.

as a person who loves cooking, I make certain foods just so I can pick the perfect cheeses to put in them.

For some reason, I like Mozzerella or however you spell it. Put them on some (gordas) tortillas and bam, deliciousness. :3
