Yes.
No.
I don't know.
The problem with sorries, is that it's difficult to gauge how sincere it is. If we could tell the "sorry I'll never do it again"s were 100 percent sincere, then sorry would be good enough for me. But you really can't tell.
What happened to F-16? What have I missed?
I think it should be done on a case by case basis, there's some people who have been banned for worse things than others.
depends who the person is

And visit the latest hes done.
Back on topic, VfV, was F-16s permanent?
F-16 is not banned: http://jiggmin.com/members/22665-Classic-Amy-F-16
I know but F-16 admitted to be Wikipedia. Wikipedia wa banned and he made F-16 solo display team. He was ban evading but he didn't get banned because he said srry=(. To me it looks like you're going easier on people that don't speak english very well. That's like saying if a Chinese guy robs a US bank and apologizes, he gets out of jail.
I'm going to be honest... that is a terrible analogy. Sometimes it's best not to use one unless it sounds especially cool.
(just a protip)
The wikipedia account was not banned for ban-evading, it was just banned as a "spam alt", if I remember correctly.
So think of F-16 as his/her main, and Wikipedia as his/her alt. (an alt that he/she cannot switch back to)
That's not what the IPs show, so no, I do not have proof of that.
I can admit to being Jiggmin, it doesn't make me him.
Despite the number of people who may find other members annoying, trying to get them banned isn't going to work unless there's proof. Add them to your ignore list if you cannot stand them.
Anyway, we don't need to turn this into yet another discussion about F-16.
PM me nicely like Mr. Blazeth did if you'd like to discuss that account further.
