Well, it's what you've all been waiting for, the next version of the Kira Games!
So you know the drill, read the rules, PM me your game name if you want to play, and just wait for the Kira Games sometime next week!
EDIT:
I will release the classes and the items to everybody on Friday the 20th, and Start the Game on Saturday.
Normal rules (with a few changes):
1. Everybody chooses a 'name'. It won't have anything to do with your real name or anything, it's just a name that you don't want the Kiras to find out. Because if they know your name, they can kill you. It is recommended that you keep your name secret; though you are allowed to tell whoever you want, but they may be working with Kira/be Kira, and therefore be able to kill you.
2. Everybody is assigned a 'class'. This will determine whether you have any special abilities. All the classes will be explained prior to the game. ALL of them. You have all got your classes.
3. If you think you found out someone's name, I will confirm that it is a legitimate name. I will NOT tell you who's name it is, however.
4. Each Kira can only write in the death note once a day and can only kill one person a day.
5. Your classes are not necessarily a secret. You can tell everybody what class you are if you want. But you could also lie about it. So there's no guaranteeing someone's telling the truth.
6. L's and Kira's can deliver messages via me. It must be PM'd to me.
7. Each L and Kira can and may post 1 message a day.
8. Invisible mode: though I can't enforce this rule, please do not use it. Please.
9. I will kick inactive players if they don't show any activity for 5 days.
10. I won't confirm classes for alive players. I will, however, confirm classes for dead players -- and I won't allow such things as "losing Kira-ship in order to look like a detective". I will announce the class of every player who dies.
11. Dead men (and citizens aka people who are not playing this game) tell no tales.
12. If 2 Kiras accidentally kill one person on the same day, the Kira who killed him second wasted his kill for the day.
13. I will not tell Kira's who other Kira's are, and the same thing goes with L's. To enforce this rule, any Kira/L who tries to tell them who they are will be censored. Same goes with any links to any chats.
14. To execute someone, you must tell me who you’re voting out and signing someone’s name on the vote. It might be yours, but it might be someone else’s name. However, it must be legit, or else the vote will not count. We will tell you in the post if the name is invalid due to the death of the player or if someone made up the names. When there are a few people left (like 15 to 20), then I’ll lift this rule and all you have to do is to vote someone and that will be it.
EDIT: This rule is now deactivated. You may now vote without any names.
15. You may contact Kira anonymously, but they cannot respond to you (unless you post your name in the message and they PM you or something)
16. L's can contact each other anonymously.
17. You may vote out 2 people a day until there are 10 people left. After that, you will only use one vote.
18. At the beginning of the game I will give you all (except Kira) somebody else's name. This is an insurance, but beware. The name will not be Kira's name but it could be L's name, so you might want to keep it secret. Due to the fact that I’m giving everybody except Kira a name, some of you will receive 2 names. However, anybody with a special class (like an L, or a thief) will not have 2 names. Only 3 detectives will receive 2 names (since we’re starting with 3 Kiras and 3 Ls.)
19. Times will be in +0 GMT.
20. When there are less than 10 people the first time, then the players who had died will have a second chance. However, in order to receive the second chance, they will have to answer a question (will be multiple choice). They must PM me and Bucktooth when they have an answer. The people who answer correctly will be brought back to the game. If people haven't joined since the start of the game, then they can join in for the Second Chance. If more than 20 people were brought back in the game, then rule 14 will be reactivated since they will have their new insurance names.
21. Only former or current game hosts/co-host may post or eat popcorn during the course of the game. Future game hosts may not post nor consume popcorn.

Sadly, yes. I will enforce this rule. Because of this, you will have 3 warnings when you’re alive and you’re not on the list.
First=Warning
Second=You will not have a chance to vote.
Third=Death by chocking on popcorn.
Anybody who is not playing or is already dead will consider it as a spam. (See next rule for this)
22. Due to previous attempts, spamming WILL NOT be allowed on the thread. Spam on the game is consider to post 3 or more consecutive times or anything that I (and Bucktooth) think does NOT consider to be in the game.
1st=warning
2nd=Death
3rd=Reported to the mods.
Anybody who is not playing this game or is dead will skip step 2.
23. For anybody who wants to ask both of us any question, or if a Kira or an L wants to add in a message or something like that, then they must both PM me AND Bucktooth.
24. The Kira must include not only the name, but the right username. Because that there are no eyes in this game (except down below), they have multiple guess on what usernames they belong to (number of guess down below). If they fail on the limited times, then they must wait for another day, but they can get a new name and guess the multiple players again until there are no more names or if they made a successful kill.
25. There will be points in this game. Unless if there are less people participating then expected or if there are less people alive, then whoever gets to 12 points wins.
