Thread: COPPA: banning under suspicion?

  1. #41
    This is a terrible ban.
What if someone simply acts immature, or isn't incredibly intelligent? They could be accused of being underaged.
At the same time there are some kids who are very mature for their age, they could slip right through the cracks.

Having underage people doesn't have a huge negative impact on the community, there are a number of underage (or rather previously underaged) members that were a great part of the community.

I agree with Jessica. This is a stupid ban, why are you getting banned if you're under-age?
