Do you have to have 4ppl in a level to get jumpstart hat during happy hour or can u just have yourself or 2 people? like u can win exp hat with two people. Problem is everyone plays campaign during happy hour so its impossible :/

I haven't ever seen it, but I assume it's like the exp hat: You need two or more players.

I've never actually seen it pop up in a race.
I have actually seen it pop up, in a happy hour when I played with some rank 40 guys at Newby Train. But I didn't win, of course.
If you're going to win it in a campaign level with 4 people, then no, because there is always a price on a campaign level with 4 people.
And you can't get it with only you in a race, there must be atleast 2 players.
I've been trying a lot, but only seen it once, I was so excited that I forgot to take a screenie. xD

The Jumpstart Hat odds should be slightly higher, I think. It's hard enough to find it in a race, let alone win it.
I actually stole it from under this guy's nose in razor blade...
He was at the finish and he was trying to slash those brick blocks, he was terrible at aiming and I was slowly catching up.
As soon as he finally hit those blocks, I quickly jumped up and hit the finish, it was sooooo hilarious X3

I don't think it's possible to get with 2 accs. I believe you need to be 3 unless you play on campaign.
Its impossible to get 3 people on campain though cause no one presses play unless theres 4 people!!
