    Default Is this photoshopped?

    Alright, well i'll start by telling you that I live in a really small town called Sun Valley. It's pretty much a ski town where famous people go to get away from the paparazzi.(lol not my family).. Anyways, Justin Bieber has been here a couple of days and I bet my friend $50 that he couldn't get a picture with (Let alone find him)... He just sent me this... Is it photoshopped? And I mean is JB photoshopped into the picture because it's definitely my town.
