Cannibalism shouldn't be allowed and I think it is disgusting because I wouldn't want to eat my own kind. I don't think it should be legal. Ew, no lol. I'm okay with giving up your organs with the consent of the person though; of course your organs have to be healthy and usable.

If I was in a state where I'd have to eat something in order to survive, and a weak and dying human was the only edible thing around, then yes, I would delightfully eat a human. But why on earth would a human eat another human?

Also, a lovely lady from the Philippines killed many people and kept their meat in her refrigerator. She claimed that she 'enjoyed eating human meat'...She said that she had made so many parties for her relatives and guests and gave them the human meat to eat without their knowledge of knowing as to what they were eating
Her guests said that they found very good taste of this lady's cooking without the knowing of which type of meat she had cooked for them . Some of them didn't know that they would be her next victim. She has killed her husband too. She was arrested a few weeks later, after the stench of passing her house was extremely thick and sickening and caused a few members of the public to investigate.
Of course, human meat does smell pretty bad, like rotting bodies...
But! My person opinion on 'cannibalism' is that:
1) It's awesomely gruesome.
2) Eat whatever you want, as long as you're out of the publics line of sight
3) Live in a cave somewhere were tourists like to visit, grab them and roast them! Dinner can be free sometimes.

I doubt that there are enough cannibals for that to become a problem. Most people find cannibalism horrible (including me).
I've heard that there is a disease named 'Kuru' that spreads via cannibalism
