Also, it'd be Celebi as my legendary pokemon because it was the first pokemon I saw die.

And my favourite legendary is.. A tie between loads of them..
Lugia, Rayquaza, Entei, Suicune, Celebi and Latias & Latios.
Edit: I should probably provide a reason for everything, so here goes;
Eevee is cute, and it turns into a billion Pokemon, what more could you want?
Lugia, because he's the freaking god of the sea.
Rayquaza because he is awesome in Mystery Dungeons.
Entei because he's just so protective of Molly and it's just so.. D'aww..
Suicune because he's like the protector of Celebi's forest.
Celebi because she is the goddess of time.
Latias and Latios because they love each other.

I fail to understand how the nonexistent Entei is your favorite. It falsely represents the attitude and personality of the "real" Entei.
