Dragon Quest X

The game looks pretty cool. I was reading on IGN, and I saw the word "MMO". I was like: WUT!?. The only Dragon Quest game I have ever played was #9, and it was really fun. :3 Now they're making an MMO? Sounds pretty sweet. The game will also be for Wii and Wii U.

The only STUPID thing is that you have to pay to play online. Although, you could be F2P and get 2 hours of game play every day. Pretty lame, 3 HOURS WOULD'VE BE SUFFICIENT!! Although, they DO have a single player mode that you don't have to pay for. You also have to pay to create multiple characters.

Classes:
There seem to be 6 classes, a Warrior, Ogre, Weddie, Elf, Dwarf, and Pukelipo. (Note the "Puke" in the beginning of it's name)

Looks unbelievably lame..

Firstly.. It's a Wii game, but it's pay to play?
So not only is it on an incredibly bad console, you've got to pay if you want to play it, as well as actually buying the game, and then pay for more characters.. This is like Skylanders but worse!
What the actual ****? Who in their right mind would say, "I'm going to go get this new MMO on a console with outdated graphics, where I'll have to pay to play everyday, yeah, that sounds like fun herp derp derp".

****, if you want to play an MMO so bad you can download a F2P MMO on your PC that has better graphics, gameplay and story.
There is loads to choose from.. Why you'd want to spend that much money playing a poor MMO on the Wii is beyond me, when you can use the money to get yourself a ****ing PC and play all the MMOs you'd like with no extra payment..

I speak for everyone when I say, this game is going to go nowhere.

I kinda just had second thoughts right now before I read your post. I kinda over-rated it by looks. x.x I was kinda thinking about how it would actually play, and might get boring quick, so yeah, you might be right. And I knew your post was gonna be about it being lame. xD Yeah, I hate that you have to PAY for it, especially since it is a console game. I also thought how it just looks the similar to other MMO's out there...so yeah. I doubt I'll be getting it. ^.^ I don't wanna pay for something unless it's as good as I expect it to be, and...IT HAS TO BE AWESOME. I guess I overrated it because 1. I played #9, and it was fun, and 2. I thought it was cool that they were making an MMO out of it.
