There's a way via hidden links of pr2hub.com, Suuper was able to do it. In fact, he was able to see that UAX last logged in Dec of 2009.

For the accounts he doesn't have the information for, January 1st 1970 (GMT) becomes the default. In Jiggmin's timezone, it's 31st of December, 1969, at about 7:00 pm.

It says that because the date value is actually 0 (as that information doesn't or no longer exists)

Jiggmin's servers run on Unix like most do; Unix was launched January 1, 1970 making that the "epoch date", i.e., time began for Unix at midnight on January 1, 1970. Time measurement units are counted from the epoch so that the date and time of events can be specified without question. If a time stamp is somehow reset to 0 and displayed in local time, users will see December 31, 1969 - the day before Unix’s creation.
