Mmm no, there's quiet a few ways the baby could have been conceived- rape for example. You still have no right to say who'd be a shitty parent or not, it all really depends person to person. I know a lot of older people who live on the same reservation I do who drink their money away and let their kids do drugs and vandalize who DIDN'T have kids at a young age. I also know quiet a lot of young mothers who put their child first than themselves.
Like I said above it all depends from person to person who'd make a shitty parent, until now you cant just generalize that all young teenager mothers would make shitty parents
