Due to the recent execution, I've got it figured out. I can get both Kiras and the shinigami killed. Reviving me is the best option, unless you're a Kira or shinigami, and if you absolutely refuse to revive me, I'll be certain you're guilty.

Okay, this argument has been going on for too long. Please dispute your quarrels VIA V/PM, please.
And guys, please make sure that you actually have evidence when you vote.
I was asleep at the time, thank you very much.
EDIT: Following the execution of my colleague, I might as well publicly announce that I won't be executing anyone without evidence. I'd already decided this, after an outburst that will now likely result in my death, but I figure I might as well bring it the attention of other players. I don't like the idea that you guys see the "Fantastic 4" (as we're now called) as bad guys who kill other bad guys and sometimes innocents. The word of one of our members does not constitute the opinion of the rest of us. Sometimes, we just bandwagon and other times we actually agree. From now on, whenever I decide that I want to execute someone, I will provide my evidence as well.
I have three suspects as of now, but any information that you may provide would certainly be helpful.

Bump!
I also have a question. Do you have a set number of Shinigami (the plural form IS Shinigami, not Shinigamis) from the beginning, or are they made as a new Kira shows up? How does the Shinigami process work?
EDIT: Can a Kira also become an L? Can a Shinigami become an L?

A moment of silence, please, for those who never get the chance
They show up to the party, but they're never asked to dance
The losers, the liars, the bastards, the thieves
The cynicists, the pessimists, and those that don't believe in nothing
