Classes will be handed out the day before the game starts.
The game will start on 6/26.
8363MTR is hosting Kira 13.0.
Read ALL of the rules.
1. Only former or current game hosts may post or eat popcorn during the course of the game. Future game hosts may not post nor consume popcorn.
2. Everybody must create a name. It can be anything, from 'Butt' to 'Light'. If a 'Kira' figures out your name the can kill you, so be discreet with your name.
2a. You may use your name to barter with players.
2b. I will confirm that names are real ONLY for certain classes.
2c. You may fake a name, since some people will NOT be able to confirm a name from me.
3. Everybody will be assigned a 'class'. From this you can see where reside in the game, and what side you are on. Below, there will be a list of classes.
3a. Classes with an asterisk can confirm a name is existent. Note: This does not mean they will learn who it is.
Team Kira
Kira* - Kira is the 'evil' guy, but he is actually trying to bring justice to the world by killing all the criminals with something known as a 'deathnote'. IF he writes anybody's name in this, they will die. His goal is to kill the Ls. NOT the detectives. Nobody else, except the Ls. A kira may post ONE message a day, via me. A kira may kill ONE person a day. Kira may NOT choose a direct accomplice (As one to take his place.)
Shinigami* - The Shinigami is on Kira's side. The Shinigami has 'eyes', with which he can find out names, asking for the name that belongs to a certain user. He is able to do this twice a week. Turns do NOT stack up. The Shinigami can contact Kira though me and vice versa. A shinigami may only help one Kira. If the Shinigami is killed, the Kira will have no source of names. If the Kira is killed, the Shinigami will get a new Kira. A Shinigami cannot be killed by Deathnote, only by execution. Killing him will not count as a point for either side.
New Rule: Once a Shinigami is executed, it will take five days until a new one is assigned.
Team L
L - L is the 'good' guy who is hunting down all the Kira(s). An L may post two messages a day, via me. Nobody will know who the L is if the L sends it to me. L may vote anonymously.
Head Detective - He's L's front man. The Head Detective will take L's spot once he is dead, and I will designate a new head detective. The head detective can conact L through me, and vice versa. As a shinigami is connected to a Kira, a head detective is underneath one L. S/He may only contact the one L
Team Jacob
Civilian - A civilian can choose his own side, he's a free agent. Civilians will receive one item throughout the course of the game. Items are covered later.
4. Again, messages to be posted (Kiras and Ls) MUST be either sent to me/Ax6 on JV by PM, or a Pr2 account I made on the spot: TheKiraGame

5. One person (Or more depending on the amount of people dead/alive) may be revived per week. To revive somebody they need five revival votes. People dead for more than two weeks will be instantly revived, with no penalty to anybody.
6. Invisible mode. Aaaaaa123456789 will enforce this as much as possible.
6.66. If abused, Satan will come and burn your character to a firey crisp. You may only be revived from the two week limit.
7.Inactive players can and will be kicked. The limit is five days.
8. Once dead, classes will be confirmed for the dead.
9. Dead men tell no tales.
10. Shinigami and Kira may message each other through me/Ax6 ONCE. Head Detectives and L may contact through me/Ax6 how many times they want.
11. For a Kira or Shinigami to be killed, they must be executed. The execution process is just '+1 Butler', '+2', '+3'.
11a. Names do NOT need to be signed.
11b. There will be ONE execution per 24 hours.

12. At the start of the game each civilian will receive one random name (Not thier own), and an item.
13. A revived person may not be killed by Kira within 24 hours of their revival.
Items
'The Note' - You may send one message to any class, Such as Kira or the Head detective.
'Armor' - You will survive one execution via Kira or Vote by execution. Your class will be revealed as detective. You may then send me a new name.
'Ballot' - You may vote once anonymously, whether it be kill or revival.
Bi-Winning
14. To win the game, one side must receive eight points on either side. To help this game go at a nice speed, there will be two of each at a time. A Shinigami and Head Detective will be linked to a corresponding other class.
