Problems with PR3 Moderation

I think you're misunderstanding, Shade.
Jiggmin hardly has any control over PR3. Even to update the game he has to run it by/send it to Sparkworkz first.
I don't feel like we should be blaming anyone, but if you find it absolutely necessary to, blame SW not Jiggmin.

I'm not blaming Jiggmin at all, or the mods, I understand how laggy PR3 (or sw) is sometimes, I stopped playing for about 6 months just so I could get my internet fixed and play with ease.
SW controls the UPDATES not the mods, why not gather some mods to find some trustworthy people who are active.

Let's just say none of those care about it. bobheadtomato can't always moderate PR3 alone. They are so many hackers, spammers etc out there.

i got 2 hackers banned last week but it takes 2 much time to record and upload a video

When I think of Pr3 I think of having a fun time playing levels. When I play Pr3 I experience all the game's problems simultaneously slapping me in the face with full force. But its the best free game I know with that actually allows your to draw in blocks! I'm drawing in the blocks! WOOOOOO- oh. But I would go back and make some levels on it if I find time.
