Trolling..Too serious now.
At this moment of time, trolling has been illegal on April 2012 in Arizona. (forgive me for being somewhat late on this) You could also possibly go to jail for about 25 years if it's more of to much or serious trolling.

It really depends in my opinion. You have the innocent trolling which is just for fun and doesn't really hurt anyone, but you also have the serious trolling which can make people feel bad.
