Half the time, them messages are posted on the threads hours after they've been sent...
The host says when the message/kill took place.

At 4:44 PM UTC -0, the name wafflecakes was written in the death note. The kira mars somehow came back to life, but shortly after died of a heart attack. A note has been found saying "Do not execute webbi2012. She is a detective."
