Default Which came first - Chicken or Egg?

I think the egg came first because the egg had to make the chicken to make the egg.

Well obviously the egg or there would be no chicken
and how was the egg made when there wasn't a chicken? a fat dinosaur and a flying dinosaur had sex and left the egg behind
that's why chickens can't fly, he's too fat, and the only way they can lose weight is by flying which can never be achieved > my theory is totally valid and is used in the historical reference book

Well, it's one of the most speculated things ever, and I've narrowed it down to this:
-The egg gave birth to the chicken
-The chicken had to have laid the egg
-It's a paradox, but scientists have found an answer in this article: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38238685...hicken-or-egg/
-Summary of article-the chicken has a protein in its ovaries that is unique to the chicken that is necessary for the formation of the egg.
(Something funny, interesting, or even mildly entertaining should go here, but I can't think of anything at this particular moment.)

    Oh look, this thread again.
Hasn't it already been scientifically proven which came first?
    The switch is now OFF.

Well the egg scientifically has to be incubated if it is to hatch. Considering there is nothing that could incubate the chicken in the first place, there stands to be reason as to how the egg hatched in the first place. Evolutionists would suggest a chicken like creature hatched the egg, but this can't be so considering the nature of the egg. Certain conditions need to apply to allow the chicken to hatch that an evolutionary chicken cannot provide such as the nutrients of the mother down to the very amount and what is contained inside of the egg. This cataclysmic occurrence can only result in the chicken before the egg. Therefore Chicken then egg.

Of course I won't make everyone think some different way, but hey, the thread's purpose was to express your opinion and well... I did.

I could make a long explanation about how the egg came before the chicken, but it's not even worth it.

For there to be an egg, there must be a chicken (that's how I was raised).
