Yes
No
Two things I can't come up with - a good username and a good signature.
If you want to contact me for any reason, you can email me at [email protected] (hey, now I have something to put in my sig!)
I think they should. If you are going to at an early age, go safe, anyway the women in my school got tampons and pads soooo (I know because I got them)

Actually they do, that's where the rubber for some condoms comes from.
They don't have to, but they should go towards reducing the spread of sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies- because the strain on public services if you don't is greater overall, so you'll actually be saving money.
Furthermore by reducing the spread of sti's there's a decreased chance that you or anybody you care about will catch an infection and suffer problems such as decreased fertilty- which is again a costly problem.
It's the same reason some of your tax dollars will go towards vaccinations [and no, vaccinations aren't even 100% reliable either- you can still catch a disease even if you've been vaccinated, the chance is however substantially decreased]
I know a better way to improve american education; cut the crap from all the anti-climate change and anti-evolution lobbying groups, who cost your country millions in legal cases and even more in the distortion of education when they actually win their cases by some twisted standard- such as laws to 'teach the debate' on subjects where 97% of scientists are in agreement and there clearly is no debate.
Your country spends such an awful lot passing laws deliberately designed to distort education so that people's political or religious views aren't tainted by facts- compared to a few cents per person to buy contraception- this is a gaping black hole of educational despair.

Raar!
Since condoms in my town are already easily accessible, I don't see the need for my school to distribute them. However, if you live in a neighborhood where people don't have much money, then it wouldn't be such a bad idea.
no. the ''couple'' is going to do it anyways and the condom makes them allowed to have sex with out the danger of getting a baby
They shouldn't be distributed in schools, but maybe they could be sent to the students homes
It would be weird if they were given out at school
Thank me! Click the button below!
Well it would be weirder to be sent to the student's homes. People who didn't want them would have them so they would throw them away and it would be a huge budget waste. Also, the post cost would waste money too. It isn't that weird to have it in a school as long as it's in the nurses office.

The school has an opportunity to prevent people from catching STI's, whether or not you think it's their responsibility to. Likewise vaccinations are provided at schools and most students are required to exercise, instead of just being explained the benefits if they chose to, because these are all things which benefit the individual student and society in the long term with a comparitively small price tag.
Raar!
I don't see a reason why condoms shouldn't be distributed in schools. Teens will always go to parties, and when the "moment" arises they better have a condom with them.
