Okay so if you can anonymously send a message to kira, then kiras would be able to anonymously contact each other through you. Right?
Because kira 1 could say send a message to kira 2. Then kira 2 could say send a message to kira 1. Technically that isn't against the rules, right?

i'll let them go to a chat room, email them or something, but if they say "(my username) as kira" i wont allow it

Back in Kira 6.1, when I was N, patss was M, and bob was L, I created a chat group so that all the L's could secretly chat. I still will not give up the url >: )

That is how it works. You must figure out who Watari is so that you can have him send L a PM. If Kira finds and kills Watari, then L has no connection to the rest of the game. L can still execute, but no Private Messages to the detectives. All players must figure out who Watari is, and if Kira finds Watari, then L has no contact. The route from Ls PM to game board goes like this
