Therefore, a stupid Kira would just know the name belongs to a ninja, but wouldn't know who the name belongs to.

It makes sense since no Kira has been betrayed
however Flybirs was made an accomplice after
being revived as a detective so there are you
saying the last 3 Kiras made each other
accomplices?

If so that would be an advanrage to both sides for us we have to execute less Kiras, for Kiras their chances of being betrayed are low.
