I'm fine with them making gay super heros and all that, but couldn't they have created a NEW super hero rather than changing an old one? If I was a fan of the Green Lantern then this would piss me off.

Not that I'm against anyone's sexual preferences, a gay hero is kinda a turn off for me :/ When I think of badass savior, gay doesn't come to mind... This goes for lesbians too (you thought I was sexist eh?) Call me old school but really I like the idea of the guy saving the girl. Just making this clear... Green Lattern was kick-ass in the Justice League cartoon. Then they made him white in the movie, what is that non-sense!
