I've already tried windows 8. It's pretty cool but the menu interface is definitely for touchscreens. Meaning you'd have to upgrade more than just your OS. Fairly lightweight and smooth though.

Personally I hate Windows 8. Metro is pushing something I really don't want.

Windows 8 isn't exactly for the office, if you know what I mean. Desktop is an APP.

I actually have windows 8, its not that confusing. All you do is click the desktop app and it brings you to windows 7, practically.
