Drugs had nothing to do with it, just because it looks like a drug caused this dosen't mean that it caused the man to act out. Drugs don't do that man. They help people and make people feel better. They can take it as much as they want. No risk of overdose because they are all natural and because of this, they don't wear the body down, or cause any harmful effects. No, all drugs are good mmkay? I can stop anytime I want! Don't make me eat you! *nibbles on arm*

I'd compare this to leaving a gun in a room with a toddler. You could argue that the toddler should be responsible with the gun, but we all know that will never happen. In the end the best decision is not to put the gun in with the toddler.
