I don't think that jump start becoming winnable is bad or that you get 100 stats I'm with Jiggmin on that. What the problem is is the
2x exp now I am a noob when it comes to rules but mods say simming alone is rule breaking while simming with actuall people is okay, not only does it encourage breaking that rule it also makes it hard for us, who don't use happy hour for rank up, to win but, Jiggmin knew what he was doing. Why did he put it in unpopular servers? to prevent that problem but it will only slow this down if this doesn't stop every-body should start finding a new online game.

Putting pr2 on the less popular servers was an attempt to make them a bit more active. (Didn't work too well)(But I do go every once in a while to check and see if it is happy hour) If I am only to say Happy Hour is awesome, is that making me a 'stubborn mule'

Pr2 was an awesome game and doesn't need to be 'saved', it is just old and people have come and gone, a pr4 will be so popular, I mean, pr2 is one of the most popular games on kong. pr4 will thrive! Just as pr2 did, it is not a concern of 'reviving' pr2. As I said, players have come and gone, it is simply old.
Happy Hour was just a way to 'spice it up' for the veterans and some people that might've been considering quitting.

Personally I think that happy hour sucks but it is easy enough to just switch servers to get away from the nonsense.

Not necessaraily, that happened after the fact. The OP just needs to suggest things in place of Happy Hour that would beneficial, instead of asking us, "what do we want?"

I recently joined another forum! GamerX server. They added Happy Hour to their GTA SA-MP Server

I wonder if Jiggmin owns that forum to?
