Default A Law way worse than SOPA

Obama is so far making the right decision in threatening to VETO this new law introduced in the house of representatives, but his actions are not certain.

    CISPA. Ugh!

    OK. Stop trolling.

And this is not an opinion, this is a law discussion, smarty.

AI's are becoming more advanced, perhaps in time such information can be sorted through by a computer, and the suspicious stuff given to humans? But I can see sneaking into what the AI is looking at...

He's joking and no matter what there's going to be laws that suck
I actually don't care much because they're gonna get vetoed
Why do I have to know every acronym law that's going to get vetoed for a good reason?

I get the feeling that it's almost inevitable that politicians are going to shove bogus restrictions and regulations into the web which are impractical and nonsensical for its development.

If one set of laws is unpopular it's merged with a set of laws which are more likely to pass, like sugar on a bitter pill. We'd do well to remember when the car was invented the law in the UK limited their maximum speed to 'strolling speed' and insisted someone walk with a flag ahead of the vehicle. Regulations enforced by governments in the early development of new technology often prove redundant and pointless.

edit: Damn, there goes my 30K

    Raar!

    Birds don't sing

    To the perfect existence

    I struggle against despair

Doesn't look worse than SOPA, sure it's trashing our rights, but it's not restricting how we use the web like SOPA would do.
Meh, all these laws can go pass if they want, when internet traffic grinds to a halt and the internet as we know it becomes a place for politicians to propose new laws then they'll realise they've made a mistake and withhold their laws.
In the meantime while all that happens, I can just play PS3 and talk to my friends using real-life confrontations as opposed to Facebook, makes no difference to me.

Remember what you said about being a friend now?

How do you sleep at night?

Not until they pass their new Sony Entertainment Online Interaction Regulations Act (SEOIR- see-oy-er)

Politicians don't realise they've made mistakes, unless they think it will make them more popular to claim so or if they broke the law.
