It's the very first link on google when you search coppa

A solution to this problem is to make it impossible to change your age to anything under 13.
Therefore, nobody will know of any underage user.....
    What Webbi said.

So, all you need is a good lie, and you're free from all of this?

Haha, this IS a joke. Must be.

At whoever asked: if you are banned due to being underaged, you can indeed print out that form, get your parents/legal guardians to fill it, and mail it to the address in it to recover your account.

When registering, you should just put a message on the top that says "If anyone asks, you're 14."

    lol'd real hard.

also, this is a bit of a silly law, as it can be passed easily, but it still needs to be enforced, we don't want jiggmin suffering because anything. I feel ironic about this, as I was semi-active as a 12-year-old, but I was unaware of the COPPA rules. The rule should be enforced, and if you don't like it, complain to the US governin peepz.
    I made it myself
I'll work on it again soon I promise

    I think it's probably best.

buuuut if it's passed then we should have fewer rules regarding swearing and "inappropriate" stuff
Whatever I just posted was probably meaningless

I asked around at some other forum that also gets its fair share of young members. They said that COPPA was nothing to take notice of whatsoever, because it was a silly law and who is going to enforce it? So the "if anyone asks, you're 14" thing is brilliant, actually. Not like anyone is going to card you guys...

    So wait...

You didn't do anything about obvious age liars (as in, the ones who admitted it (me for example!)) for FOUR YEARS, and now you've decided to do something.

    ok.
