Jumpstart hats - help needed.

I've been a member of PR2 nearly since the beginning. But, I don't have a jump start hat!
Is this some sort of glitch? I would like to formally request for said hat.

If you didn't get it when it was released, it is now avaliable as a random prize during happy hour.

If you've registered recently after the release, (When Team Jiggmin was ranked 100) you wouldn't receive the hat. However, if you wish to win the hat, make sure to login during Happy Hour. The Jump Start Hat will appear as a prize if you win a race. (Not all races.)

If you were not on or registered during the time-frame Jiggmin gave it out, then no.

I registered before team Jiggs reached top 100, but I didnt get Jumpstart, so I went into happy hour and won it myself,

FACE UR PROBLEMS LIKE A MAN AND FIGHT FOR DA HAT!!!

...Except if Chuck Norris is racing, in which case your computer will either:

1: implode
2: Display the blue screen of death
3: Make all the servers in pr1, 2 and 3 go down for your own safety.
